PetCare Group was founded in August of 2003 to give pet owners peace of mind that their pets are cared for while they are away from home. PetCare Group now has over twenty pet sitters and dog walkers from various backgrounds, and is available every day of the year.

Founder Jenna Louis lives in West Chester, PA with her husband, son, two cats, one dog, and a fish. She grew up with a menagerie of animals, and admittedly loves animals more than people!

Jenna built her company on the premise that life happens 24/7, and since pets are family, pet owners need reliable care available at all times for when they can’t be there.

Randy took care of our diverse animal family, which included a dog, a cat, and even eight chickens. It is no small task, but Randy handled it with utmost professionalism and care. Petcare is so fantastic that I wish there were more stars to give them. I heard about them from a neighbor who also uses their walking service. I reached out- and heard back straight away! I was able to secure a spot the day of and the staff is beyond friendly. They met all my needs for care- and send me photos and updates. They are always patient with my dog Letti- she can be a little difficult to walk sometimes. (She refuses to walk or it takes SOO long because we have to sniff every blade of grass). I cannot say how grateful I am of their help and taking care of my pup. :)

Cat, my beloved cat - I was feeling especially lazy the day I named him - developed a serious health issue approximately a week before I needed to fly to Los Angeles for some very important meetings. My vet suggested that Cat, as part of his recovery, get laser treatments three times a week for a few weeks. I struggled, as every pet owner would, between whether to go or not go to California. Somewhat in desperation, I did research online and fortuitously discovered PetCare Group. I was ecstatic that Jen, the owner, and her company offered a Pet Taxi as one of their many services. I’ve never met Jen face-to-face. Still haven’t. However, when we talked on the phone and I explained my dilemma, she was SO understanding, SO accommodating, and SO professional that all my concerns were immediately put to rest. I felt ENTIRELY comfortable letting Jen know how to get into the house in order to take Cat to the vet’s for his treatments. And Jen did just that: getting Cat, on-time, to where he needed to be. I would hire Jen again in a heartbeat. She was absolutely wonderful with Cat. Jen put my mind at ease and helped both Cat and me through a very difficult time. Fortunately, Cat is doing very well now and Jen deserves a lot of the credit. As I’m sure you can tell, this review is written from the heart. Thanks, Jen.

The Pet Care Group is a reliable and caring pet care group. I came to them as a trainer with a unique need that they were more than happy to fulfill. I needed assistance with a client that was not physically able to practice the training. The Pet Care Group came in daily for approximately three weeks and became part of a "training team" to make sure my clients specific needs were met. They are on my "to call" list for any future needs I may have in the West Chester area.

Jen and the Pet Care Group took excellent care of our elderly and sick cat while we were away on vacation. We did not want to leave her but the trip was non-cancellable. Jen really understood all our concerns and took care of our cat like we would have. Really pleased with PetCare Group - excellent experience for us. Our first time using a dog walking and overnight service for our 2 little rescue dogs. I was nervous about anyone else watching them because they have been known to escape and have a few other interesting habits. Jenna put me at ease right away and I knew that she understood the concerns I had about their security. We got updates every day with pictures of the dogs and although we were missing them we knew they were being well taken care of. Will 100% be calling on them again -- Highly recommend PetCare Group!

The Petcare group is the best thing to happen to my husband and I! Alla, and Jen have been such a blessing to our family. We have two severe rescue dogs that need a lot of attention, patience, and care. The PetCare group has gone above and beyond to work with our pups.We used to not be able to go out of town because our pups would get so scared with other sitters. A few weeks ago we were able to go on our honeymoon for 2 weeks. The pups were so well cared for by Alla and we got daily updates. Hire them for all your walking and training needs. They are truly amazing!!!

Awesome service! Organized day care wasn't an option for us; a neighbor and good friend had used PetCare Group for years and recommended contacting them. Every caregiver that has come to our house has been great, and great with our dog (a Great Dane). The love is mutual between them; every time the doorbell rings, our dog thinks it's one of the caregivers coming to visit with him! We couldn't have selected a more perfect fit for us. Working with Jen and Alla has been fantastic! They are super responsive (something that's far too uncommon nowadays) and extremely flexible as well. Alla has been a blessing as a trainer and we love her energy and sense of humor. After the first training we already saw improvements with our 6 month old dane, not an easy accomplishment! Would recommend them to anyone looking for training.

Jen responded to my inquiry within a few hours and agreed to set up a meet and greet that fit our schedule. Jen arrived right on time and took detailed notes of our routines for our cat. Communication was excellent, and she always sent photos of her visits, which we love receiving. Took the trash out for us, and kept good watch over our home while we were away. Our little kitty also responded very well to Jen and went right up to her to say hello. (She only does that if she knows it’s safe) Would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them.

Hi I am writing this review because I really appreciated the way Pet Care Group (PCG) took care of my cat. I had to leave town for a few days and needed someone to look after him. My cat is an inside cat and does not like to being around other animals. PCG came over every day and fed my cat, cleaned his litter pan, and spent some time with him to make sure he was doing good PCG, even sent me some pictures of the cat, so I could see how he was doing. I really liked how PCG pet care group looked after my cat and would highly recommend and use them again.

Petcare Grouphas been a god sent. My golden retriever would pull terrible when I walked him and I just didn’t have the time to walk him as much as he needed. I tried a few different places and they could not handle his strength. Randy at PetCare was absolutely the best! Duke loves him and now I have a dog that I am able to walk. I still use Randy for daily walks because it is so important for Goldens to have exercise every day and I just don’t have the time. Pet Care is a wonderful service…dependable and caring. I can call the day before and someone will be here to walk Duke.
