I will never take my dogs to a kennel again, if I can help it! Petcare, Dan and Jen are the greatest pet sitters on earth! My dogs are difficult, to say the least - rescues that are high strung and somewhat fearful of strangers. They now know and trust and seem to really love Dan and Jen. What a relief to know that they can stay at their own house, eat from their own bowls, and take walks in their own neighborhood! When we come home, they are still thrilled to see us, but they aren't crying and shaking as when I pick them up at a kennel. I don't think that my little male, miniature American Eskimo ever slept a wink at a kennel. I believe he just stood there and shook. What peace of mind I have now with Dan and Jen taking care of Freddy and Bianca (the alpha in our house)! I couldn't recommend them (Jen and Dan, that is) more highly! Also - the website is superb!

PetCare Group is extremely professional and reliable. They provide my dog Madison with daily walks and provide her with excellent care when I have to travel. I would definitely recommend pet care group to anyone, especially people with rescue dogs. My dog is very shy around new people, but PetCare Group took time to get to know my dog and make sure she was comfortable. Also I love receiving the detailed information cards of my dog's activities while I was away.

Your service was fabulous! I felt very comfortable leaving Mitchell in your hands - knowing you were taking great care of him. Very, very professional - from the first meeting to the day I returned and found the welcome home letter with the daily visit notes. I especially appreciated the small things like wiping his feet after being in the wet grass! It is nice to know that I can rely on the PetCare Group to help me out in a pinch.
